The Annex Refurb
Annex building which underwent a complete reconfiguration and update. The challenge here was to create a space that although small was not cramped but had everything that would be required from a one-bedroomed apartment.
Refurbishment of Barra Hall
The full internal refurbishment of a three-bedroomed house. This property had dated decor all the walls had to be stripped of wall paper and receive a plaster skim. Woodwork in the hallway, landing and staircase had been varnished and was in need of a refresh. The dated kitchen and bathroom were also in need of complete remodelling.
Block Driveway
Removal of original 1930's concrete driveway which had certainly seen better days - it was pooling water had cracks and several patch repairs. It was decided to use small mixed grey blocks to be sympathetic with the style of the street.
Bedroom Makeover
Tranquil transformation of a bedroom with the addition of built-in storage and bespoke focal-point headboard. This space was in need of more storage to reduce clutter which was unsightly and created a chaotic space. The floor space was limited, but with high ceilings more space could be utilised.
Rosecroft Extensive Renovation
Fully renovated bungalow, which was extended upwards and outwards, whilst the interior was completely remodelled. There was also the addition of a summerhouse, pergola and decking.
Renovation at Stanley Road
This property was originally a two bedroomed property, the original bathroom had been moved from downstairs to upstairs prior to this renovation.
